TRAAMS THE GREYHOUND

It's been roughly 5 years since we've had new music from Brighton-based heavy hitters TRAAMS. Today, the mighty trio return with 'The Greyhound' - a sprawling almost 10 minute onslaught of thick, over driven guitars, captivating bass and propulsive drumming. Keeping us on tenterhooks throughout, shiny sax tones enter the equation around halfway through, courtesy of Black Country, New Road's Lewis Evans. Picking up the pace shortly after, it's not long before 'The Greyhound' descends into an inevitable unhinged jam, held together honourably by drummer Adam Stock's furious stick work. We don't yet know whether there's more new music from TRAAMS on the horizon but we certainly hope so. -Holly Mullineaux
